1. How could I get samples?
We can supply some samples in the beginning of business, if you could pay for cost of the samples and courier freight. And if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight charge, or if you can ask your courier company to collect samples from our company, then the freight charge could be collected and you only need to pay for the cost of samples. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

We receive many requests for samples from all over the world. The time invested in preparing the package, labeling it, invoicing it and making the shipping arrangements is considerable and is worth a lot more than the samples themselves!

Shipping a sample from China via express courier delivery is very expensive, usually about USD 100 for a tiny sample, USD 200 for the average RC toy and if a toy is large and/or heavy, USD 300 for Express delivery alone!

If you are seriously interested in placing an order, but need a sample first, please buy it and pay for it. This is the cost of doing business.

Attention: owing to the toys package is low density goods, the courier freight charge is according to its volumetric to calculate out. for example, the package length: 60 cm, width: 30 and height: 40 cm, actual weight is 6 KGS, then its courier freight charge should be such calculating: 60 X 30 X 40/1000000 X 167 X rate of courier freight.

3. How can I get your price list?
Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.

4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

5. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )

6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

7. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 150 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

8. What's your usual payment term for orders?
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation or Letter of Credit.

9. How can we get your new products announcement?
Please refer to the column of "New Products" in our website.

10. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter only,we don't accept retail order.

Our prices are based on your order quantity.

Due to our huge volume of express shipments we have greatly reduced prices on express delivery, and we are happy to pass these savings on to you. For small orders of samples, or for cartons that are light, we recommend express delivery, as it is very fast & very convenient, and relatively cheap because of our special rates. For larger orders the cheapest way to go is ocean freight.

12. Quality
If you are new to the business of retail and wholesale, you may not know that many factories make the same product. A successful product will get copied immediately, and it is almost impossible to tell the difference between the original and the copies.

While the products all look the same on the internet, they are in fact not the same at all. The materials used could be cheap or expensive and the packaging may be cheap or expensive. Most importantly in the case of RC toys and RC cars, the motor may be of good or poor quality. If the motor, the remote control or the chargers are not working properly you have nothing.

Our products are made of the highest quality materials. Starting from our export carton and all the way through materials used, coloring and printing, the motor, remote control and chargers are all of the highest quality, and we guarantee you will be entirely satisfied with every single product you purchase from us. Please be careful of other companies that sell a "look a like" image, the product may not be of the best quality.

We test every single RC toy as part of the production procedure! Every RC toy coming off the production line is tested together with the remote control unit and the charger. We put them into a basket and take them over to our testing teams. Only after we have tested that the toy is working and performing all the stunts, only then we package the toys!
